Polygraph: Daubert or Frye?

During 1993, the case of Daubert vs. MERRELL DOW PHARMACEUTICALS started the presently recognized viewpoint through the entire criminal justice system that professional viewpoint to be admissible in court should be ‘generally accepted’ especially by the scientific community.
