Biblical Leadership

The primary objective is to write a five-page (double-spaced) integrative paper focusing upon the guidelines, principles and concepts you have learned from this course, and how you anticipate applying concepts of leadership to your life.

The focus must describe or include mention of the following:

1) Your personal definition of leadership.

2) Your list and discussion of five examples of leadership found in the Bible and five examples from Bennis and Nanus (Leaders: The Strategies for Taking Charge)

3) Identification of your most prominent leadership style/pattern and how it relates to your strengths and weaknesses.

4) In no more than two or three short paragraphs, give a differentiation between the different kinds of motivation and an explanation of your preferred approach. Address how to best motivate others.
