While watching the film, focus on the role of the process in the "accidents" at Mc
Wane. You were asked "for each incident depicted in the film, note the role of the process in causing the ‘accident,’"discussed how the process might be changed to prevent such an eventuality.
In class we touched on some of the flaws in the process and how to remedy them. In your one page reflection

1) cite an example from class discussion from the film and link that example to a change in the process that would prevent a re-occurrence.

2) choose an example of a quality failure experience — late package, bad meal, "accidents" like glass in your water lost luggage, etc. Link that quality failure to a flaw in the process.
