The final assignment for this course will be an essay on the topic of “Examples of business law and ethics (or the lack thereof) in The Buffalo Creek Disaster.” The essay must provide an analysis of one or more of the concepts we have studied in this course as evidenced in The Buffalo Creek Disaster. The topic we learnt in this semester: Into to Law, American Legal System, Ethics reading, Subject Matter Jurisdiction and Venue, Torts and Products Liability, Contracts, Constitutional Law, Business Associations.
