In this assignment, you will complete portions of the Executive Summary and the Products and Services sections of your plan.

Remember, you are working over the three courses to have a complete business plan, so be sure to add enough depth, analysis, and research in these sections of the business plan for this week. Please be sure to do proper research and support your information.

Selection of a business: I want to repeat my comments from last week. You will have to pick a business to be the subject of the business plan you will be writing over the next three courses. Ideally, you will choose a business you would like to start. You may also choose a business you may have already started. With the permission of the instructor, you may also select a small business that you currently work for, if they do not have a business plan. You may not choose a medium or large company because this is beyond the scope of this course. Please contact the instructor if you have any questions about this.

Refer to the Sample Plans in the Sample Library of LivePlan for assistance.

Under the Plan tab in LivePlan, locate the Executive Summary section.

Complete the “Who We Are,” “What We Sell,” and “Who We Sell To” sections.

Go to the Products and Services section of LivePlan.

Complete the “Products and Services” section.

Click the “Download & Print” option at the top of the page.

Select the “Download as Doc” option and save a copy of your plan.
