Assignment Requirements
For each case, you will be responsible for working as a group to prepare a written analysis of the case. This analysis should consist of a brief problem summary (1 paragraph), an extensive problem analysis where you link the true problem to theories and concepts from the text to understand why the problem has occurred, an alternatives section where you discuss options the company/leaders have, and finally a recommendation section where you discuss what should be done and why (where you defend your choices based on theories and concepts). The finished document should be 4-5 pages.
