Objective:

Critical Analysis and Social Media Use
A critical analysis is discursive reflection that examines, explain, or defend an idea or argument about a specific literature, issue, or societal problem. In our case, we are critically analyzing the effects of social media in our society.
You are to examine the effects of social media either in individual, business, education, and/or global issues perspective (pick one perspective). For this assignment, you are to examine, explain, and defend an argument regarding technological use and influences of technology such as, social networking, avatar, collaborative media, etc., in our society.
For example, do you believe that it is hindering our connection with others or it is assisting in maintaining connections? The persuasive format you are using is called the one-sided argument technique and you are required to explain and argue your main purpose and perspective.
Once again, this is an argument and a call to action BLOG. Be persuasive and defend your thesis statement in your blog. This is the time for you to shine and show what you have learned all quarter. You are to show, explain, analyze, and argue your positioning behind the media/social media influence in our society.
